This Privacy Policy explains how RizoClips Team ("RizoClips," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the RizoClips application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1) Who This Service Is For (Age)

RizoClips is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Information you provide: account information (name, username, email), support communications, and content you choose to add (e.g., wish list entries, text, and images).
Information collected automatically: device information, usage data, crash logs/diagnostics, and location information (precise or approximate) if you allow it.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for login sessions and preferences and may include web beacons where applicable.

3) How We Use Information

Provide & maintain the Service (accounts, authentication, syncing, core features)
Personalize your experience (preferences and in-app personalization)
Improve the Service (analytics, debugging, performance, feature development)
Support and respond to requests
Security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcing our terms)
Legal compliance (lawful requests and obligations)

We do not sell your personal information.

4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information

No face recognition or biometric identification: we do not create biometric templates or use face data for identification.
One-time processing and deletion: if you upload an image for server-side processing, it is processed for that request and deleted after completion.
Default storage: content is intended to be stored locally on your device by default, unless you choose syncing or server processing features.
No training/marketing: we do not use your uploaded images or text for advertising targeting and do not use them to train marketing models.

5) Optional AI-Assisted / Automated Processing Features

The Service may offer optional AI-assisted or automated processing features.

Processing location: uploads for these features are processed on RizoClips Team’s own servers.
No third-party sharing: your uploaded text/images are not shared with any third party for these features.
Deletion after processing: inputs are deleted from processing systems as soon as reasonably practicable after completion.
User control: you control whether to upload and whether to generate outputs; these features are optional.

6) How We Share Information

With your consent
Service providers (processors) operating the Service under contractual obligations
Legal/safety/rights protection to comply with law or protect users and the Service
Business transfers in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction

7) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

8) Data Security

Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest
Access controls and least-privilege policies
Regular reviews/audits and monitoring
Backups and recovery procedures

9) Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active
After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless legally required)
Usage analytics: retained up to 12 months
Support communications: retained up to 6 months

10) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, email sepbranamurphy@yahoo.com.

We will respond within 5 business days where feasible, and in any event as required by applicable law.

Location controls: you can manage location permissions in your device settings.

11) Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., operating system features, app store services, or SDKs). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the Service or by other reasonable means. The Effective Date above indicates when this policy became effective.

13) Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. Governing law is the law of the jurisdiction where RizoClips Team is primarily established/operating.
