These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and RizoClips Team ("RizoClips," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RizoClips application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Service
RizoClips helps you plan, prioritize, and achieve your desires by enabling you to create structured wish lists, track purchases, organize gift ideas, and make more informed decisions. Features may include adding images, prices, reasons, and priorities; monitoring progress; and viewing insights about spending and choices.
Some features may require an internet connection and may change over time as we improve the Service.
3) Accounts and Security
- Accurate information: provide and keep your account details up to date.
- Credential protection: maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Notify us: contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4) Your Content and License
"User Content" includes information and materials you submit or upload (e.g., wish list entries, text, images, and support messages). You retain ownership of your User Content.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
5) Photos, Face Data, and Prohibited Uses
- No biometric identification: the Service is not intended to identify you or others using biometric identifiers.
- Don’t upload unlawful content: you agree not to upload content that violates law, infringes rights, or invades privacy.
6) Acceptable Use
- No abuse: do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- No disruption: do not interfere with security, networks, or normal operation.
- No unauthorized access: do not attempt to access data or systems without permission.
- No reverse engineering: except where permitted by law.
- No unreasonable automation: do not use automated means that impose unreasonable load.
7) Optional AI-Assisted / Automated Processing Features
The Service may offer optional AI-assisted or automated processing features. If you choose to use them, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any text or images you submit.
8) Purchases and Subscriptions (if offered)
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, purchases are processed via the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Renewal and cancellation options are managed in your Apple ID settings.
9) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by RizoClips or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
10) Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
11) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary for security, safety, or legal compliance.
12) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZOCLIPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZOCLIPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZOCLIPS'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Governing Law; Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RizoClips Team is primarily established/operating. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
16) Miscellaneous
- Severability: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Assignment: you may not assign without consent; we may assign in a business transfer.
